How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected in part by you providing it to us. This could be data that you enter into a contact form, for example.
Other data is collected automatically or after your consent when visiting the website by our IT systems. This is mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page access). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.

What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior and for advertising purposes.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
For this and for further questions on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.

Detailed information about these programs can be found in the following privacy policy.

2. General information and mandatory information

Data protection
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
When you use this website, various personal data is collected. Personal data is data that can be used to personally identify you. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.
We point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Information about the responsible party
The responsible party for data processing on this website is:

Health Harbor 360 LLC
30 N Gould St STE 7001
Sheridan, WY 82801
USA

Phone: +1 307 555 0645
Email: kontakt@veramedico.com

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, email addresses, etc.).

Storage duration
Unless a more specific storage period has been specified within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate request for deletion or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. tax or commercial law retention periods); in the latter case, deletion will take place after these reasons cease to apply.

Information on data transfer to the USA and other third countries
Our website includes tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law (e.g. Google, Meta). When these tools are active, your personal data can be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We point out that no level of data protection comparable to the EU can be guaranteed in these countries. For example, US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as a data subject being able to take legal action against this. It cannot therefore be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. intelligence services) process, evaluate and permanently store your data located on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.
Data transfer to the USA and other third countries is generally based on the standard contractual clauses (SCC) of the European Commission or your express consent in accordance with Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, insofar as such consent has been obtained.

Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent that has already been given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)
IF DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6 PARA. 1 LIT. E OR F GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE RESPECTIVE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR AFFECTED PERSONAL DATA UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OR THE PROCESSING SERVES TO ASSERT, EXERCISE OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION UNDER ART. 21 PARA. 1 GDPR).
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH ADVERTISING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING INSOFAR AS IT IS CONNECTED WITH SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES (OBJECTION UNDER ART. 21 PARA. 2 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged violation. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Information, deletion and correction
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. For this and for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.

Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the review, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you can request restriction of data processing instead of deletion.

If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.

If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may – apart from its storage – only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a member state.

Cookies
Our internet pages use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files and do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after your visit ends. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or automatic deletion by your web browser occurs.
In some cases, cookies from third-party companies can also be stored on your device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services of the third-party company (e.g. cookies for processing payment services or for displaying advertising).
Cookies have various functions. Numerous cookies are technically necessary because certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping cart function). Other cookies serve to evaluate user behavior or display advertising.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process (necessary cookies) or to provide certain functions you have requested (functional cookies, e.g. for the shopping cart function) or to optimize the website (e.g. cookies for measuring the web audience) and do not fall under § 25 para. 2 TTDSG are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If consent has been requested for the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG); consent can be revoked at any time.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Insofar as cookies from third-party companies or for analysis purposes are used, we will inform you separately about this within the framework of this privacy policy and, if necessary, request consent.

Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

Browser type and browser version
Operating system used
Referrer URL
Hostname of the accessing computer
Time of server request
IP address (possibly in anonymized form)

This data is not combined with other data sources.
The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.

Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Inquiry by email, telephone or fax
If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request.
The data sent to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after processing your request has been completed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular legal retention periods – remain unaffected.

4. Analysis tools and advertising

Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Tag Manager is a tool that helps us integrate tracking or statistics tools and other technologies on our website. Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, does not store cookies, and does not perform independent analyses. It only serves to manage and deploy the tools integrated through it. However, Google Tag Manager does collect your IP address, which may also be transmitted to Google’s parent company in the United States.
Google Tag Manager is used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the quick and uncomplicated integration and management of various tools on its website. If appropriate consent has been requested, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.

Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google Ads. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Ads is used to display advertising in Google search results and on the Google advertising network. We also use so-called Google Conversion Tracking as part of Google Ads. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set. Cookies are small text files that the internet browser stores on the user’s computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification of users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of Ads customers. The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that can be used to personally identify users.
The use of Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
More information about Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Google.

Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel)
This website uses Meta’s visitor action pixel for conversion measurement and remarketing purposes. The provider of this service is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. However, according to Meta, the collected data is also transferred to the USA and other third countries.
This allows the behavior of site visitors to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook/Instagram ad. This allows the effectiveness of advertisements to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimized.
The collected data is anonymous for us as operators of this website; we cannot draw conclusions about the identity of users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Meta Data Use Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). This enables Meta to enable the placement of advertisements on Facebook/Instagram pages and outside of Facebook/Instagram. This use of data cannot be influenced by us as site operators.
The use of Meta Pixel is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
Insofar as personal data is collected on our website with the help of the tool described here and forwarded to Facebook or Meta, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland are jointly responsible for this data processing (Art. 26 GDPR). The joint responsibility is limited exclusively to the collection of data and its forwarding to Facebook or Meta. The processing by Facebook or Meta that takes place after forwarding is not part of the joint responsibility. The obligations incumbent on us jointly have been set out in a joint processing agreement. The wording of the agreement can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. According to this agreement, we are responsible for providing data protection information when using the Facebook or Meta tool and for the data protection-compliant implementation of the tool on our website. Facebook or Meta is responsible for the data security of Facebook or Meta products. You can assert data subject rights (e.g. information requests) regarding data processed at Facebook or Meta directly with Facebook or Meta. If you assert data subject rights with us, we are obliged to forward them to Facebook or Meta.
Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/legal/EU_data_transfer_addendum and https://de-de.facebook.com/help/566994660333381.
You can find further information on protecting your privacy in Meta’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
You can also deactivate the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” in the settings for advertisements at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. You must be logged in to Facebook to do this.
If you do not have a Facebook account, you can deactivate usage-based advertising from Meta on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/.
